JUNE BERGER, CREATIVE DIRECTOR

June Berger has many years of experience assisting companies with their business development initiatives. Since founding Pelican Studios in 1994, she has been President and Creative Director providing clients with overall business direction, marketing services, project assistance,
technology development, brand development, public relations services, and web and digital services.

Ms. Berger is an award-winning graphic designer with extensive experience branding products, companies and individuals. Her strengths lie in her ability to communicate the most important ideas necessary for marketing a company, person or product in a way which is memorable and has impact in today's competitive marketplace.

With strong marketing skills, extensive business experience and solid reputation for quality products and services, Ms. Berger is supported by an expert team of graphic designers, web technicians, e-marketers, public relations specialists and production artists, allowing Pelican Studios to offer their unusually extensive scope of services, and making them unique in the industry.

Ms. Berger has degrees in Fine Arts, Graphic Design and Secondary Education from California College of the Arts, all with honors.

GRACE LEE HELFRICH, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT

Ms. Grace Lee Helfrich, Executive Vice President is responsible for strategizing essential public relations and brand management areas of client programs. In today's complex, world-wide market, strong brand management in public relations and digital arenas is essential.

Ms. Helfrich is an expert in brand marketing strategy and has worked for major national accounts in New York and Los Angeles. Ms. Helfrich has exceptional communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. She has the ability to initiate/manage cross-functional teams and
multi-disciplinary projects and has executed successful campaigns for both large-scale
international brands and small private companies.

Ms. Helfrich is well versed in all aspects of the technical requirements needed to compete in today's marketing world and as a key member of the management team for Pelican Studios Creative Agency, has helped clients initiate and successfully execute business plans.

Ms. Helfrich brings a wealth of experience, ability and commitment to all clients she works with and holds a degree in Honors History from the University of Western Ontario, London Ontario.
